This is the final day of the work at our home and I feel compelled to write a letter of thanks. Jennifer and I would like to express our appreciation for the fine work you did in our home. The work was impeccably executed, performed within the timeline we agreed upon and on budget. We realize that for you to do this, it required very late evenings, and a Saturday drop in as well. We have been thrilled with your performance.

The contractor arrived on time, and inspected my leaking shower stall. He quoted me a fair price on the spot, to repair my leaking shower stall and patch the water-damaged ceiling below.
