Ok... Now I am impressed! Handy Contractor called me back right away, patiently answered all my questions and explained everything to me. The contractor arrived on time, and inspected my leaking shower stall. He quoted me a fair price on the spot, to repair my leaking shower stall and patch the water-damaged ceiling below. He had all the tools with him to start right away. He didn't dirty up my house and took all the rubbish with him. Now I have a new tile floor and drain that doesn't leak and my ceiling is like new.
