Ok... Now I am impressed! Handy Contractor called me back right away, patiently answered all my questions and explained everything to me. The contractor arrived on time, and inspected my leaking shower stall. He quoted me a fair price on the spot, to repair my leaking shower stall and patch the water-damaged ceiling below.
